TELUS has introduced that it has joined greater than 280 synthetic intelligence (AI) stakeholders to take part in a U.S. Division of Commerce initiative to assist the event and deployment of reliable and secure AI – the primary Canadian telecom to take action. Established by the Division of Commerce’s Nationwide Institute of Requirements and Know-how (NIST) on February 8, 2024, the U.S. AI Security Institute Consortium (AISIC) brings collectively AI creators and customers, teachers, authorities and business researchers, and civil society organisations to fulfill this mission.
